Return Policy

Please read before placing an order

Because Yoshi Monster pieces are made in small batches, limited runs and by hand, we approach returns thoughtfully and intentionally.

This page explains when returns are accepted and how to reach out if something goes wrong.


Final Sale Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.  This includes limited releases, drops, preorders, and made-to-order items.  We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with questions before purchasing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.  Include your order number and clear photos.  Once reviewed, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Sizing & Fit

Because fit can be subjective we do not accept returns for sizing or preference. Measurements and fit notes are provided on product pages whenever possible.  If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before ordering. All of our sweatshirts will come in our signature Standard Monster Fit. 


International Orders

• International orders are final sale

Duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.  Depending on your country, tariffs and import taxes may be required for delivery.  All additional shipping related fees are the responsibility of the customer.
